What documents do I need to buy a property in Dubai?
Your passport copy is the primary document, any 2nd ID provided by government authority (DL, ID, National security number) and address proof.
Will I get a visa if I buy the property?
If your property is above 1 million, you will get one residential visa on which you can sponsor one wife and two kids. Once you buy the apartment, you will take a NOC from the developer and Master Developer and then you will need to apply for the visa with the immigration authorities.
