All your monies are collected in the, Escrow account and this money is only used for the progress of the project and the funds cannot be misused as they are controlled by governing bodies

Your passport copy is the primary document, any 2nd ID provided by government authority (DL, ID, National security number) and address proof.

Real estate investors who own a property equal valued at AED 750,000 or more at the time of purchase can apply for a two-year renewable residency visa, and the husband or wife and children can be sponsored.

If you own a property equal valued at AED 2,000,000 or more at the time of purchase you can apply for a 10-year renewable residency visa, and the husband or wife and children can be sponsored.
