Construction Updates

The solar panel installation works are completed with minor piping works currently underway. Roof combo water proofing has been done & tested. Protection screed in completed with final UV reflective coat protection in progress. Façade installation level 6-25 excluding service areas are heading towards completion. The roof crown installation works is complete with snagging underway. The service elevators in the project including testing and commissioning are complete. Both short tower and tall tower stair handrail installation works are in progress. Façade cleaning equipment’s (BMU) installation is completed. MEP works on the project are nearing to the completion with major works such as chilled water pipes primary side insulation works completed and area backfilled. Plant Room/Service rooms at various levels from 6-25 are heading towards completion. Landscape & swimming pool works are in progress with waterproofing works having being completed. Shower glass installation for the bathtub works is substantially completed. Internal & external door shutter works in progress at various levels including corridor and apartment. Wall finishing works/gypsum works at curtain wall interface are in progress. 75% of windows and sliding doors are installed. External road works are in progress with major works excavation and preparation for the formation layer for zone-1 road area, lv cables were lowered down with coordination with DEWA inspections on the driveway area.
